Birth Doulas are experienced childbirth professionals offering a broad range of support and advocacy for families before and during childbirth. Doulas are here to answer your questions, help you understand what is normal, and to assist you in getting to know yourself as you step into this new role of parenthood. By truly listening to you we can help you realize your ideal birth experience — all with the goal of increasing your comfort, decreasing anxiety, and emboldening you with evidence-based birth information.

Birth Package: $800
Doula - a woman who is trained to assist another woman during childbirth and who provides support to the family immediately after the baby is born. A Birth Doula performs no clinical tasks, but she supports you in the birth you want.

Scheduled Cesarean Package: $500
In the case of a scheduled cesarean, I can provide continuous emotional, physical and informational support during surgery prep, throughout delivery (if allowed by your hospital/ facility) and for the immediate 1-2 hours after birth.

Postpartum Doula Services
A Postpartum Doula is formally trained and certified to provide mothers and partners with emotional, physical, and informational support following the birth of their infant. A Postpartum Doula understands the kind of support that is needed after the addition of a new baby - and come equip with information, tools, and tips to help your growing family.
Postpartum Doulas are dedicated to caring for the whole family. Topics of information include:
-Breastfeeding, pumping, and bottle feeding with breast milk or formula
-Support for emotional and physical recovery from birth
-Support bonding with your baby
-Diapering, bathing, dressing your baby
-Tips and tricks for infant soothing
-Screen for perinatal mood disorders
-Help you achieve your short term and long term parenting goals
-Discussion of changing family dynamics with the new addition and how to approach and grow intimacy with your partner.
